Dreambox has been a key player in my success with keeping my craft room organized, productive, and production ready. My videos always have everything I need right in arms reach for livestreams, crafting with friends, my kids or by myself. The storage is amazing and the concealed container when nosy little people are around is amazing for me to keep my supplies safe and tidy.

I absolutely love my Special Edition Petal DreamBox 3! The color is incredibly calming and shifts beautifully throughout the day—soft blush pink in the morning, gentle lavender and mauve tones in the afternoon, and beige in the evening. It looks so luxurious in my space, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice of the Petal finish.

When my dream box arrived on December 9th, it was broken Specifically the main box left and right walls as well as the top and bottom. I immediately contact customer service and left a voice mail and email of the pictures Two days letter, I had not heard back so I began making additional calls and text messages . It was not until another day had passed that I was able to reach Mortag. Despite having already emailed the pictures, she asked me to mail them again. Once the box was unpacked I found additional damage parts. I sent these pictures too. I was told by Mortag that I would be reimbursed the installation costs. When I mentioned a reimbursed for replacing the parts. The email was not responded to nor had the replacement parts been sent. Almost a month now, I have not been made whole. The dream box 3 is not designed to have parts replaced. All the screws and nails are set in multiple places and cannot be taken apart without creating additional problems and damages. This all being said, I will not accept the replacement option. At this point, without replacement materials, compensation for damages needed to hire a more qualified person than myself, and the multitude of emails requesting the first two items but not delivered despite being told they would be. To be made whole and have the product I purchased on October 9th I am requesting a new box with what I paid to have. I have the items ie plastic storage totes, power chord and the addition things I ordered extra ( additional totes, drawers paper and pen organizer). I am assuming the hardware needed for a new partial construction box is also complete. So I really only need the box itself. I look forward to hearing back from you. Best, Elizabeth Hope

I absolutely love this box! I used to spend more time looking for things than I did crafting! Setting up was fun! It was like setting up your kitchen for the first time. As you work in the Dream Box, you find what works best in each place, to be efficient! You may move things around a couple of times until you get the right organization down!

I do love the Dreambox and can't wait to get to use it more. I did have the partial assembly and room of choice delivery, which were both great. I did find the instructions to be confusing and out of date. It seems like maybe you changed some of your assembly steps but had not updated the instructions to reflect that. Sometimes parts were already installed, or the order of the steps was incorrect. It would also have been helpful if pieces were labelled to make it easier to correlate, for example which swing door was left or right since the magnets were already installed. Due to that, the assembly process was a bit frustrating and took longer than the estimated time.

I have waited for a few years to get this Dreambox but I finally did it and I love it. The Mist color is beautiful and I have moved all my crafting supplies in to the Dreambox and have crafted at the desk many times. It is wonderful!

My wife loves it! She is wallpapering it and making decoration things for the drawers. She really loved how the instructions were really coherent and full of encouragement during the building process. She barely needed my help to build it, just a few points where things were a little too heavy for her. I'm hoping to talk her into making a video of it when she is done with decorations, but she is very very VERY shy. I was very impressed with the quality and the outer wood veneer. It really looks great all closed up. Thank you from me and more importantly from my wife!

I’m an artist (I draw portraits), so I have a Very large assembly of pencils, paints, drawing tools, rulers, and varying sizes of drawing paper. I currently don’t have anywhere to keep it all, and am considering one of your craft cabinets. Would something like that be special order (as I said: large paper sizes sometimes), or would I be able to easily adapt to my needs? I love the idea of having everything organized and in one space, and also being able to close it up when not being used. I’d love to have some feedback!
