Every DreamBox includes standard curbside delivery, but we know some customers prefer a little extra help. Here’s a quick overview of our available delivery services, so you can choose the option that’s right for you!
In-Garage Delivery
If you want an easy, no-fuss delivery experience, the In-Garage Delivery Upgrade might be just what you’re looking for. With this option, your DreamBox will be brought directly into your garage upon arrival. No need to worry about weather, curbside drop-off, or moving heavy boxes yourself.
It’s a great middle-ground for those who plan to move and assemble their DreamBox themselves, but still want it securely placed out of the weather and off the curb.
Helpful tip: This delivery type requires a hard-surface driveway, like concrete, so the delivery team can maneuver safely and set your DreamBox down securely.

Room-of-Choice Delivery
If you want to take the convenience a step further, the Room-of-Choice Delivery option ensures your DreamBox arrives exactly where you want it—upstairs, downstairs, or straight into your craft room. The delivery team will also remove the outer packaging (like the pallet and wrap), making setup easier from the start.
This service is perfect for those who want to save time and energy for the fun part, organizing and creating. It’s especially helpful if your creative space is in a specific room that’s hard to access or if you simply want to avoid lifting heavy components on your own.
Friendly reminder: A trusted third-party delivery team will enter your home to complete this service, so make sure there’s a clear path from your door to your chosen room.
White Glove Delivery
If you’re looking for the smoothest, most premium delivery experience possible, White Glove Delivery is your best option. With this service, a trusted team will bring your DreamBox to your chosen room, assemble it (including the Center Box, Side Boxes, Swing Doors, and Crown, if applicable), and remove all the packaging when they’re done.
When the team leaves, your DreamBox will be left in your space, ready for you to customize!
This option is wonderful for those who prefer to skip the assembly process altogether or want to start crafting as soon as possible.
